Shipping Policy


BabaNBaby.com ships to almost all parts of India. We will always try to process Orders the same day but it may happen that orders placed after 11:30 AM IST on any day is processed next day. We ship 5 days a week. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays & National Holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time for Shipping: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Saturday & Sundays and other holidays) for Metro cities. For Non Metro cities 5-12 days. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item(s) through government registered book-post or speed-post. If the delivery pincode falls in remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. Items on Special Offers especially weighing over 2 kgs will be shipped by Registered Parcels via India Post which take aleast 7- 10 working days for metros & sometimes more for non metros.
*Delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, etc.

Please Note :Orders received by Special Promos / Partner offers may take 3-5 days additional processing time. Please refer the offer/promo fine print for more information.


Tracking Packages : If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our deliver partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package.

If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.


Pricing & Taxes

GST (Goods & Services Tax) is been included in all product prices.

On occasion there is a possibility of the product being mispriced, on that point your order will be cancelled and the product will be relisted with the actual price and will be communicated to you.

Octroi Charges and any other such entry tax would be collected from the consignee where applicable.

To qualify for a specific promotion offer, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period.




Shipping Charges

There is a Flat Fee charged charged to serve our customers better this will be visible on the checkout.


We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on +91- 9773605827 or mail us at customercare@babanbaby.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process. In case the attempt has been made to deliver the goods but due to non-availability of anyone to take the delivery of goods they will be there at the courier partner address who will leave a message note for goods to be picked up. If the goods are not picked up within the stipulated time period mentioned on the note it will be returned back to our address. For any attempts made to resend again please note the courier/shipping charges will be borne by you.

Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good.


International Shipping:
BabaNbaby.com handles international shipments on request . We do not ship any liquid, cosmetics, powder and electronic items internationally.Please contact customer care at customercare@babanbaby.com with all your exact Shipping details & products by registering on the website in the shopping cart & we will send you the exact invoice & shipping amount with the payment link. Once this amount is paid your shipment is sent.
